in some games, you have CD for global chats (gobal shout that he mean),

and with that, hope devs can make a feature that you can see items via chat, maybe just with plat chat (global chat/ global shout)
something like this: the global chat in "yellow" was with plat and you can see the item, its very op feature

EDIT: in some games to avoid trolls, they made some walls to use the global chat/shout chat, can be, to be use need: lv 86, some months, years of game, etc etc
