Elemental amulet proc behavior

Elemental amulet (bio amulet) movement speed proc suddenly dissapear after being exchanged to another amulet .
Is it normal behavior, or is it a bug?

Simply proc everything you need (Blood Arti/Kraken etc) and swap to bio amulet last
