Dimensional bridge portal disappeared

So I finally found the portal after killing shaman pakuna, took a screenshot and was enjoying the moment when suddenly it disappeared without any notice or warning like in just 10-15 seconds.

Is it a bug?

Nevertheless I believe that one of the rarest things in game should not just disappear without a notice like poof gone. It still hurts me 😆

Consider adding a closure notice like all other portals in the game have.
