hi, The passive is supposed to do damage over time and reduce speed by 90% (75% pvp) however it only applies once and does not refresh the speed buff after a long period of time, it should be constant while Crippling Stormfire is active.
i just say what pasive say, pls fix this devs, thanks :)

Is your target immune to snare?

Does your target do anything to alleviate the snare effect?

Where are you testing (PvE or PvP)?

I ask these questions because it looks to be performing as intended. Thanks in advance for the extra info!

hi, i tried it in pvp, the enemy was a war and he didn't use any skills, however he only slowed down once and it takes too long to slow down again while the stormfire damage continues to apply
