Elemental sets in elder Woods

I don't know if you remember but there are locks in the city of elder where they have a drop of all the elemental sets so why do they open garbage locks of events copy and paste and better buy elemental locks so that their price is regulated?

Why would they open locks that have low chance to get that element amulet. think before you click.

Those elemental amu are very hard to loot. They don’t drop so often from the lockeds.
