dex bear

i need a guide for a dex bear. But it should be more str than dex so its kind of a half dex bear. I also need a skill build by level. As in lvl1; stomp (1) and then lvl2 and so on until lvl76 pls. Thanks in advance.

There is a big difference than a dexbear and a dex/str hybrid bear. Also is this your first character?
