Rogue ability bug

The "shadow absorption" modification of "shadow veil" is not applying properly. The mana reduction is not working when using either of the affected abilities.

The tool tip is unclear , but it seems like it should be entirely passive. (Working even when not in smoke since it reduces mana on the smoke bomb itself) However, I tested it inside and outside of the smoke and mana reduction is not applying in either case for either ability
