Devs,

The new Blood weapons weren’t supposed to be visible before an official preview right? Does this mean their procs are not finalized? If so, please consider this feedback.

The Blood Chakram proc seems designed for boss killing, but additional boss-killing mechanics aren’t needed after the Blood sets and Elemental release, unless a tougher map is planned. Instead, Rogue needs better clearing speed. The recent shield buff was a great step in making Rogue viable for farming.

As of right now the Rogue shield buff greatly helped in consistently saving a few seconds when clearing maps, mainly due to play styles now allowing Ghostly/Pere etc to be used. This was a great step towards making Rogue fun and viable as a farming class. Please continue to implement small but important buffs like these to make Rogue match Warrior and Mage when farming. Please keep an eye on the Indigo LB scores as it is a direct consequence of any positive or negative changes to the class. (Right now the class is almost non existent in the overall LB).

The Chakram proc shows a 0.5 tick on a single target, can we get an AOE proc instead, or something that will help with clearing and Blood Artifact activating more consistently? Feedback on Rogue Artifact proc rates need to be heard , as many players are dissatisfied.

Please ask around about the Artifact proc rates for Rogues for any clarification. I'm pretty sure you'll find unsatisfactory comments.

Thank you for reading this! Please help make the class perform better.

...unless a tougher map is planned...

Tougher maps are planned.

We'll post a feedback thread for the weapons once they are available.

...ask around about the Artifact proc rates for Rogues...

There is no difference in the proc "rate;" you're switching to gear that does damage less frequently.

Is there a piece of gear which you are referring to? I think I tried everything meta right now other than Star Daggs. The reason i didn't want to use it is because it had no move-speed buff like kraken daggers. The other 2 classes proc Movement Speed buffs through either Kraken Sword/ Aquaris + Elemental Amulet and are able to proc the Blood Arti way more consistently than Rogue.

I tried with Noxious Bolt + Final Flurry too (Shadow Piercer). Inconsistency still remains. It's pointless if the artifact procs after the set of mobs you are supposed to kill are already dead, when running at end-game Indigo. Consistency is super important, hence why I was thinking a small change on the upcoming Blood Weapon to help with the activation of Blood Artifact.

I'm honestly lost when it comes to why it doesn't proc as often as it should. To rule out any unintended class-based imbalances, would it be possible to track proc activations relative to attack instances in actual farming conditions? Comparing data from endgame Indigo runs across all three classes, using their best setups, might highlight any unintended issues.

Perhaps logging data for this, during when players with optimal gear are online and farming Indigo for (x) amount of time,

This might provide clearer info on whether proc rates are truly equal. Considering all the other factors (skills, haste, tic damage rate, pet AA, HB and other things which are class specific and relevant.)

The proc chances are truly equal. The game data bears this out. The problem with perceived "inconsistency" is that you're not dealing damage often enough compared to others.

You may find this helpful: the proc chance for the Blood Star Artifact is driven by how often you deal damage (not how much damage you do). So if you deal damage at rate X and your friend deals damage at rate X*2, then you will proc this Artifact half as often / they will proc twice as often.

Good luck!

Alright, I'll try to check every possible means to proc it more consistently again. I might have missed something.

Thank you very much for the quick response!!
