Event changes
+ Removed the Wood Dragon Scale crafting component from the Hugthulu Crafting Goods Chest. Players that them will receive Platinum refunds.
+ Removed LB Reset from hud (this event has no leaderboard reset) and added token currency count to hud
Weapon changes
+ Standardized proc attack rates for all weapons in the Kraken suite.
+ Standardized proc attack rates for all weapons in the Star Beast suite.
+ Standardized proc attack rates for all current Blood Star weapons.
+ Increased Blood Star Chakram, Orb and Chain Sword weapon proc durations to seven (7) seconds.
+ Increased the amount of damage done by Blood Star Charkam, Orb and Chain Sword procs.
