There's a lot to unpack... I hope I'll be able to get my point accros :p
There's 2 bugs which I named: Animation delay and Infinite delay
First I'll explain animation delay for it's a lesser bug that ties into a bigger one at the end:
1.Charge your bow normally just to familiarize yourself with what's supposed to be the normal charge time.
2.Use any skill and immediately start charging the bow - You should see that bow is charging slighly faster if you do this than when you only charged bow (This is not a bug , I'll explain at the very end why this is happening but right now it's not important)
3.Now that you're familiar with how it's supposed to work... Try shooting your bow and immediately start charging a second shot.
It won't work as smoothly as before for you are stuck holding the weapon button and nothing is happening... Waiting for the arrow to hit something or expire before it allows you to charge another shot... This might look a very trivial thing but it's not , trust me it's very nasty suprise in your day to day gameplay!

(Some takeway is that the dagger seems to be doing alright! It also suffers from same thing but the animation is so short that you can't even tell which is great, chakrams on the other hand are behaving exactly the same as bow)
To drive the point home here's an actual scenario that you can easily run into: You are about to proc your bow in hedo , you start charging it but during the charge you fat finger and double click! What happens is normal attack gets released and you're put in a cooldown period where you can't charge! If you didn't realize this happened you will release the weapon button thinking your charged shot is ready but surprise surprise it's not xd (You only realise after you swap all your sets and then it's oh sxht...)
It's also hard to correct even if you notice in time... The delay is too huge making you run out of sync with the rest of your team - you have to wait for weapon cooldown and then start charging your all over from scratch...
Second bug - Infinite delay
This only happens in scenario where you go from one weapon to another during your charge. There's few ways to replicate this:
Scenario 1:
-Start charging your bow , while it's still charging swap to any other weapon like daggers or chaks but don't let go of your attack button! (I know highly unrealistic , majority of users out there won't see this in day to day gameplay but it's very easy to replicate! And I do run into this from time to time xd)
Scenario 2:
-Swap your loadout and start charging your weapon immediately (If you are fast enough you will run into exact same thing as above) This one I'd argue many users can experience in day to day gameplay...
I'll break down what's happening in scenario 2 - you click swap loadouts but the game doesn't update fast enough - meaning you'll end up charging the weapon of your first loadout! During your charge the loadout finally changes but since the weapon changes alongside it you will run into the exact same issue as scenario 1...
This one happens a lot! (Especially for high ping users above 120ms) I can replicate this every single time if I don't stop myself and wait after a swap...

This bug is nasty for it ties into the animation delay from above! You are forced to let go and fire of a normal attack, then you gotta wait for animation delay to pass before you can finally start charging again :p
It's quite immersion breaking for basic stuff like charging weapons which is supposed to become your muscle memory is beholden to server response times... Sometimes you have to wait less before you can proc your weapon and sometimes you have to wait longer... It becomes an annoying thing to dance around
*I did promise to explain why bow is charging faster in scenario where you fire of a skill before you start charging the bow...
It has to do with excessive initial delay. If you wait a short amount of time for your character to go out of combat and then you try charging the bow , you'll experience some delay - this only happens on the very first shot you fire , be it charged or not charged... As soon as your character enters combat stance there's no more delays. I hope something can be done about this as well but the other 2 bugs are more pressing issue...
