I did some research on this a while ago and games don't need to show chances if they meet specific criteria. If you search on the internet you will see plenty of info about what criteria games need to meet.

You didn't do enough research it seems.. I did some digging and this seems to be against TOS of all of the app stores that this game is published on - Google play and iOS stores...

Failure to provide drop rates will lead to delisting from these platforms. If anyone's willing to purse this avenue please go ahead , I believe the devs are engaging in some predatory actions playing with the numbers and arbitrarily changing them in their own favor (Just think of malicious speed set, drop rates were astronomically low for the duration of the event - up until the very last day where they sneaked in a secret update that bumped the rates drastically - NONE of this was disclosed to players, up until someone called them out in forums and then they admitted to doing it)

Honestly we all just need to stop playing or giving them money... I already stopped couple days ago and frankly don't give a fuxk abou this game anymore.

Watching them nerf all of our gear made me extremely sad for the devs would rather cripple everyone than give us something stronger than what we already have. This fudging with drop rate chances is just another complaint on top of a hill made by many others, if they haven't chnaged anything about how they do bussines or communicate with public in 12 years since making this game it's quite obvious that they'll never change for the better , it can only go downhill and it has been...

Sad for I really liked this game , but the continued developer toxicity is starting to get too much. This game is a gem in the market of everything forcing you to pay just to play but if we are gonna be honest - if you're going to be spending your money then the other games probably give you more enjoyment per dollar spent...

This is true.

This is false.

Key distinctions here being In-App purchases vs. the use of currencies. We care a lot about these rules so we take them seriously and stay up-to-date with all necessary requirements.

Best wishes!

Hello everyone,

This topic is about the locked crates system.

This system need a massive overhaul.

My suggestions:

-remove the hundreds of trash legendary items
-show drop % chances
-no unique locked crates. like lunar event, pet and aura crate
-guaranteed loot should give lvl 86 arcane item

Locked crates should roll a rarity and then give you an item in that rarity group.
But you should be able to see drop % chance of every item in that group.

Thank you.

Well, I'm quite certain it's illegal the way their loot boxes are designed.

The players/customers have no clue what they can get. Look at Rocket League for example.
They had the same type of loot boxes.

Can you give everyone here your sources where you have read that?
Give us examples?

You're saying false but with no explanation.

Some examples or maybe give us a link to the official rules compared to your game.
And tell us why your loot boxes shouldn't be banned.

First, you need to stop.

Second, all I did is ask Google

Third

"In contrast to China and some European countries, the United States currently has a more laissez-faire approach to the regulation of loot boxes. While the issue has been discussed and debated by lawmakers, there are currently no federal laws specifically addressing loot boxes. Some states have proposed bills to regulate or prohibit loot boxes, but as of now, none have been passed into law."

This isn't even what I read before. Stop reading reddit posts and look up real news articles.

The rules are way more strict here in Europe.
I don't understand why the USA doesn't care about things like this.
Maybe it's not illegal then, but if they care about their players/customers then maybe change their lootbox/awake systems.
They're just robbing players their money with their rigged RNG systems.
