can you explain why you keep adding hit % to Dex sets when it's pretty much useless at this level? Just a friendly query as to why the Dex sets get a boost on the one thing it doesn't need.

I Literally reinstalled both PL and DL for hours. But its stuck at Contacting Server. Is it just me or is it everyone?

Same here ... I faced the same issue with "Connecting Server ... " on my 2 iphones, ipad2, Samsung Tab.
It failed on both data and 3G/4G access for the past 12 hours
