Mage element hedo setup

Hi guys,
I would like to know the setup for hedo with element set.
1. Proc sb 7/6
2. Proc aqua with sb
3. Spam attack with element set, rusk gun, blood helm and armor

Is it correct?

Proc sb 7/6 using clock skill
Proc aqua with element set using clock skill
then spam attack rusk gun with blood armor ,blood hermelt , elemental set good to go

I thought u can weapon stack?!?! U can proc sb wep and aqua together?

Somehow i think element set must need haste to support, especially for mage

SB, cosmic killer is a buff. When you wear 6/6 SB set, you get this buff when attacking. If weapon not on cooldown.
Aqua staff has a proc. You need to keep on dealing damage with this weapon to get activate the proc.

I know, it's complicated and confusing this game lol.

So you can stack a weapon proc and a weapon buff.
But not 2 weapon procs or 2 weapon buffs.
Rusk weapon has no weapon cooldown. The burning damage is constantly.
With each normal attack you also deal the burning damage.
So rusk stacks with aqua and SB.
