You can just disable tells in the options menu.

I do this but I keep getting messages from guild members even though they are not even on my friends list, maybe you can add deactivate for guild members too? please

Specifically one for guild members would be goold, not just reject all for everything.

pls dont forget this, reject all /tell options, gonna be very usefull when players need 100% focus, tysm:)
