Plat free offers?

Hi all,
Im using Chrome to play this game and I noticed that there is offers to get free plat!
I opened it and I saw that everything there costs money.
I mean for example:Purchase a service for at least $5 at Fiverr.

It is because my country maybe?
If you can get free plat can you tell me where are you from?

I can get free plat best option is going to top right of offers and changing it to lowest offers at top. Lower offers are typically free instead of high end paid offers

Ive completed a few low end ones but the ones that require you to install apps never work for me. I install them, open them, but no plat is rewarded.

same. no plats got from free offers in chrome. m getting free plats from galaxy note nd tab2 tho
