When to start tanking elites?

I hit 15 yesterday but it seems way too early to be tanking. I can tank normal mobs just fine but boss fights wreck through my health with buffs and potions. I'm using chest splitter, vengeful blood, juggernaut, and heal.

u need windmill as it knockbck bosses as well as mobs. also juggernaut is useless if u hav horn of renew. u can give points to rally cry or windmill instead

But windmill doesn't even have a knockback effect... thats chest splitter. And juggernauts defense steroids are better than rally cry imo, atleast for yourself.
