Warrior skill/perks - movement speed

So I was testing warrior skills and perks that have movement speed, and some aren't working as expected:
Horn of renew- nimble perk: not giving the 15% movement speed buff
Rallying cry- forced march upgrade: not giving the 25% movement speed buff.

Nimble looks like it's working non-charged but maybe not charged with some other perks, will investigate.
Forced march looks like it's working as far as I can tell.

Looks like Nimble would not be applied when charged if you also had both 'Commanding Blast' and 'Increased Duration'.

Fixed for the next update.

When I use rallying cry with forced march upgrade on, my movement speed stays the same, however, the perk of this upgrade - evading charge - is actually buffing the movement speed with +10%.
With the upgrade only = 0% movement speed buff , instead of +25%
With the upgrade + perk= +10% movement speed buff, instead of +35%

Forced march is non-stacking speed, you probably have more than 25% non-stacking speed from something else.

Yea, that's what I thought but couldn't tell if that was the case since none of perks/upgrades mention about stacking, even the ones that stack.
