Stacking Items

Hello everyone,

This topic is about the stacking of procs/buffs items.

With the lvl 81 expansion, weapon proc stacking got removed/changed.
Now you have weapon slot cooldowns.
So when you proc a weapon and the proc is over, there's a cooldown timer.
And you have to wait for the timer until you can activate another proc.

I'm a mage player, lvl 86.
For bosses I use; kraken gun (1st proc), SB gun (2nd proc) and rusk gun for damage.

Can someone tell me if this is the best way to stack procs/buffs for best damage against bosses?
And can someone also explain me how it works/possible that these items all stack with each other?

For a mage player, what would be the best 3 builds/sets to use for bosses.
If you could give me a full item list for each build, that would be appreciated ;).

Actually, if you use kraken gun proc, you can't proc sb gun, since both have cooldown -so they can't to proc together. You're probably talking about the sb set proc - cosmic killer - that gives you 200% damage. For set proc it's necessary to have 6/6 sb gear + sb weapon equipped, it doesn't require too much to proc, actually it instantly proc when you hit an enemy.

Yes, I meant the SB cosmic killer set buff. It's a buff not a proc.

What I don't understand it, if you use kraken belt, it makes the kraken gun buff stronger.

How is is possible to have a kraken gun proc activated?, a buff on the kraken gun? and the SB buff on weapon?
How can that all stack together?

The weapon description says that when using the belt at the moment the weapon procs, the belt buffs the weapon proc during few seconds, that buff has nothing to do with weapon proc cooldown.
As for cosmic killer, you can call it a buff, but it's actually a set proc, it has cooldown, and that's how they all can stack.

procs cannot be stacked with another proc from the same type of gear, such as proc weapon + proc weapon, proc amulet + proc amulet, and so on.

pretty sure aqua is still meta in for weapon proc whether it’s for mobs or bosses, cosmic killer and orb/rusk for dmg

1st - proc full kraken/blood
2nd - switch on 7/6 sb set and make 1 hit
3rd - switch on dmg set
