Krackers is a guy who blows this horn which is from I think lvl 60 mimicry stuff he keeps playing it and its annoy and I tell him many times to stop playing it but he keeps playing asking for donations I tell him politely to stop playing but he keeps playing you will find him at balefort castle what should I do?
