Lesser skill power with better weapon...

Hello I found strange issue with my Clever Wyrmbone Staff of Fatality 15 level (49,6 dmg and 20 int) Lighting skill damage is 153-191 ,with Stormcaller of Assault level 16 (46,8dmg and 19 Int) same skill power incrased to 199. How is it possible ?

It seems there are all sorts of bugs whit the damage numbers, across the board. Best bet is to ignore all of them until STS gets it sorted out.
