How do I find a pet a new companion?????

Talk to the NPC's in the towns.

Great City of Kraag - Rusalka the Beastmaster
They will give you several quests - [pet name]'s Call, and you go to that pet, talk to them, they give you a quest, and occasionally have to check back with the beastmaster. Eventually you'll get to where the quests give a reward of "Surprise Item" (sometimes an egg) and you won't have to bother the beastmasters, but talk to the pets themselves* every day to get their quests.
*The Tavern Keeper in Windmoore gives the daily quest for Kermut.

or u could farm in both watchers and kraag tombs. i got Cerella from kraag and flounder from watchers

Do the daily from Sigrun that has the surprise item as the reward. You have a chance of getting the Cinder egg.
