The Arcane Forcebreaker appearance is the same as the Sapphire Forcebreaker Vanities!
Arcane Forcebreaker Daggers:
Stats: +70 STR, +100 DEX, +65 INT, +15% Crit Damage, +1,500 Health, +900 Damage, +1,000 Armor, +12% DEX, +12% Damage (Stacking), +12% Boss Damage
The Rusk Forcebreaker Daggers hit multiple nearby targets. Each hit can lower enemy armor by 50% for up to 5 seconds and inflict a Force Breaker Burn that deals extra damage over time.
If not on cooldown, a charged attack creates a Force Breaker Vortex that pulls in up to 5 enemies and stuns them for 3 seconds. This vortex has a 50% chance to reduce armor by 65% and a 50% chance to apply Force Breaker Burn. Enemies with Force Breaker Burn take more combo damage from standard attacks. Land a charged attack on an afflicted enemy to apply a strong knock-back and a 30% reduction in movement speed.
Charged attacks also grant a 5 sec. Cosmic Elemental Infusion buff (if not on cooldown) that grants buffs based on your Cosmic Damage: increasing Armor by up to +100% (0.5 x Cosmic Damage), Elite Damage by up to +50% (0.25 x Cosmic Damage), and Critical Hit Damage by up to +25% (0.1 x Cosmic Damage)!

Ok so the new daggs give buff according to how much cosmic damage we have, but isn't kraken bow's 100% damage + 50% boss damage already better than it? What's the point of new daggers... Atleast make it better than old arcanes..

What's the cool down of the weapons?
If the game getting all 86 arcanes with elemental buff then rusk bow needs a bit modification too I guess, else it will be totally useless compared to rest weapons 🤔 plus isn't rusk type weapons supposed to be dmg weapon?
Is it possible to make these auras into Wisps instead? That would be awesome and I think everyone will love as well!

The weapons aren't necessarily meant to be better than the existing Arcanes, they're meant to give variety.

All of the other Blood Star weapon types will eventually be released.

It doesn't include the head (only the armor). It also doesn't wrap every armor perfectly, but we're ok with that.

I want to understand if i got a shadow set with all shadow gem. The new Rusk weapons only give cosmic damage which mean not compatible?
Or all element sets work fine (nature, shadow & cosmic)

2 things...
1st the preview for the new rogue rusk says 15% HIT damage I'm assuming this is CRIT damage?
2nd will these new weapons be part of the Blood set? Like the 3/3 6/6 or 8/8 blood set specifically

This gettin boring reuse weapon concept same work just dip more glitter. Whr is our old gear like frost and elon or glinstone and DS mythic/arc weapon were fine weapon its not overgear but it has term called variety of weapon.

While there are increases in primary stats and 12, 16, & 12% boosts to damage on these Rusk weapons, it doesn’t seem like these level 86 arcane Rusk weapons are that much better that the 81 mythics, esp for rogue and mage. Is this purposeful?

@Asom, post my question above, the thread updated; however while I see your reply above regarding these weapons being a variety, these weaps hardly seem like they would stand up in Elder Woods/level 86 maps. Thus my question about the damage output.
Would you mind adding some detail to damage output from your tests in development that might help determine if we should go after these weapons via locked crates

Devs, the Stats for 81 mythic weapons are: Pisces 1190, Aquaris 733 & Polaris 363
While there are increases in primary stats and 12, 16, & 12% boosts to damage on these Rusk weapons, it doesn’t seem like these level 86 arcane Rusk weapons are that much better that the 81 mythics, esp for rogue and mage. Is this purposeful?
It's not dps that they've mentioned but just damage. U can compare it with blood chakram having around 800 damage

If you check ascended blood chakram in set browser, there's a small icon you can click. It will show you it has 870 damage at lvl 10.

First, it's important to mention that the damage output from the new Forcebreaker weaponry is 100% Cosmic. So obviously the weapon gets a very nice damage benefit from Cursewood Cosmic Gems. In our tests you can get roughly the same damage output as full Blood Star from Forcebreaker (+ Blood Star) using Cosmic Gems even though the Forcebreaker weapon is not part of the Blood Star set.
The caster buff also scales based on your Cosmic Damage stat (with the maximum possible values listed in the caster proc descriptions of the OP). IMO the combined effect is very powerful.
Proc performance is fun too! While Warriors have had stuff like this before, Rogues and Sorcerers don't have much in the way of 'push / pull' weaponry. Nevertheless the stun and DoT effects make it a worthwhile risk. You can also yo-yo enemies by firing two back-to-back charged attacks.
Damage performance is also enhanced by the combos - as both Standard and Charged attacks from the Forcebreaker weaponry deal nice combo damage on debuffed targets (which is also 100% Cosmic). This combo aspect is a big contributor to the damage output and also benefits from having a nice set of Cursewood Cosmic Gems.

Interesting, is there any reason to be fully cosmic? I do like the concept of it not being a mix of existing elemental damages, so we can just max our gear with only one elemental gem.
My first thought was that they would only be weapons focused on mob clearing(specially due the pull vortex), since their stats don't seem to be better enough than blood/ascendant weapons to be used on "stats set", which is weird given that's the purpose of force/rusk weaponry during 76 and 81, I think we just have to use and compare to find out ;)

Cosmic damage also works on other bosses outside of the elder woods for example flydra

Blood Chain was released, and I invested in Nature gems. Now you've introduced a new weapon with Cosmic damage, making all the Nature gems I slotted essentially useless.
So, if I want this new weapon to be effective, now i need to get Cosmic gems. And what happens when you release another weapon that only works with Shadow gems? Yeah, i will need to get shadow gems.
It’s not like I can just snap my fingers and replace Nature gems with Cosmic, and then later with Shadow. It costs a lot of gold to obtain the gems themselves. Remember replacing nature gems for cosmic gems mean gold spent on nature gems is wasted.
So much gold to get same feature, that is in game under 3 names to maximize profit.
Either make elemental gems removable, so I can get 24 of each type (still expensive) and reslot as needed — or give all weapons universal elemental proc

Damage performance is also enhanced by the combos - as both Standard and Charged attacks from the Forcebreaker weaponry deal nice combo damage on debuffed targets (which is also 100% Cosmic). This combo aspect is a big contributor to the damage output and also benefits from having a nice set of Cursewood Cosmic Gems.
Since we have already star beast shield that does that for war why would you make a weapon that is similar (proc wise) to star beast shield wouldn’t it be better to have a different proc instead at least for war rogues/mages would have this type of proc for the first time so it’s understandable but for war? Since we have like 3 weapons for war that can pull could we get stats buff + reflection? That might be better imo last reflection weapon that got realised as a shield part was ebon aegis imo that will make more sense instead of already existing proc

These remind me of the war force weapons. Before Rusk came out. Pull was underwhelming and the proc put you in cd. So can't pull and nuke. Hopefully these are more user friendly I wasn't a big fan if the force sword.

Blood Chain was released, and I invested in Nature gems. Now you've introduced a new weapon with Cosmic damage, making all the Nature gems I slotted essentially useless.
So, if I want this new weapon to be effective, now i need to get Cosmic gems. And what happens when you release another weapon that only works with Shadow gems? Yeah, i will need to get shadow gems.
It’s not like I can just snap my fingers and replace Nature gems with Cosmic, and then later with Shadow. It costs a lot of gold to obtain the gems themselves. Remember replacing nature gems for cosmic gems mean gold spent on nature gems is wasted.
So much gold to get same feature, that is in game under 3 names to maximize profit.
Either make elemental gems removable, so I can get 24 of each type (still expensive) and reslot as needed — or give all weapons universal elemental proc
How your nature gems are useless? You got bio set? If not then why even slot nature gems? It's your mistake bro. And if you have bio set then you already killing everything so why bother with new item?

There is something called blood set in game, where pieces have nature damage. Sts won't tell you how fully gemmed blood set with nature gems work. Aren't you curious how certain sets perform under certain circumstances. Some wait and pick set that is already tested out so there is no risk because you know what you are getting but if we all would be like that, then we would not know much about gear. Some players test out things and share info with community so other can purchase what is really useful without unnecesarry expenses.
You know this new weapon will require testing to know if its good or just another crap, right? How would u want to test it without slotting cosmic gems in it to reach it's potential? This is why i have nature gems in blood set, i have tested out full potential of fully nature gemmed blood set. This new weapon requires cosmic gems to be good and blood pieces have cosmic damage and read what Cinco said few comments back. Don't you get it? There is a need to test it out to know what it's like at 100% potential. This testing is expensive and if new arcane weapon fully cosmic gemmed perform as good as blood set fully gemmed with nature gems, then no ty, i don't need another crap set.
Isn't it silly they release 1 feature under 3 names and then they release weapons with different procs that work with only 1 of them and you won't know how it works before you spend tons of gold on testing? I get it from their perspective, they made sure ppl will buy platinum to open lockeds with elemental pieces from vendor to get gems, but it indeed is silly to have 1 thing under 3 names. It is reasonable to ask for gems to be removable or weapons having universal elemental dmg procs. Still costs a fortune but not as much if you would be able to revert back changes by reslotting previous gems into set without need to pay another hundreds of millions to get them back.
Btw... i don't use bio set, i used it in past, when no better option was available.

Wow, really? A company wants profit? Thanks for the revelation. That doesn’t mean I can’t criticize a system that forces players to repeatedly buy the same mechanic under different names. This ‘silly billy’ is at least trying to provide legitimate feedback instead of playing internet tough guy.

Nature jewel dont work with blood set at all iam pretty sure devs already said that they only work with bio set when u combine that with blood set then yes its worth it
