Question regarding crafted ascended blood

Probably my mistake with this one, but why are the other recipe classes buyable with tokens if I can’t craft a blood wep for my alt , I main rogue so I have to most corruption coins there spent 8k tokens and found out the blood wep must be in hand when doing the last part of the quest nor can I stash the recipe or anything , I don’t pve so I wasn’t aware of this outcome I don’t mind taking the loss but that sure is a waste of tokens and gold if you can’t craft these weps and the recipe just here useless and can’t be liquidated back into tokens

The quest does require an equipped weapon but completing it unlocks the ability to purchase recipes and the necessary crafting component from the vendor.

So, the way it's set up you can indeed craft Ascendant Blood weaponry for alt characters.
