Bro, I refer to Guild Charter that give u 100 Archievement Point (ap). I know u must miss understood about Guild Hall that only can be purchase by master.

I'm going crazy trying to purchase a guild charter to, its really annoying especially now with all the potential iOS candidates getting scooped up by all these worthless guilds that just add every person they can find space time needs to step it up
