Can't authenticate account

I've already tried uninstling and reinstalling, I'm stuck at the authintication screen after log-in. The music is still playing but screen stay's the same. At firsf the game froze and figured my ping was too high then that occurs, it happened right after I completed a Kraag Tomb III run.
