This is only temporary while the issue is addressed. It will be tradeable before the Leaderboards end.

what about me? 0 vanity bcoz key lockeds its riged/buged? 6.000 keys its insane, i need to send a ticket or just i need give up? thanks for reply

please consider test the problem (open plat lockeds and key lockeds) before to move this thread to "feedback" event thread

3 persons who open vanity lockeds with plat get at least one or two

persons who open locked with key get nothing, can check its programed ok?

Sorry to hear that! A bad run of luck it seems! There is no difference between the platinum and crate keys crate, it's the same thing, we just remove crate keys upon opening instead of platinum from your character.

I believe the drop rates on chests may need to be reassessed. If 6,000 keys and 16,000 platinum chest openings fail to give a single vanity item, it suggests that the current formula for drop rates may not be well-balanced.. at all. @devs

Whats bugged has to be death 86 arti drop rate there like 60+ in auc and those arti are better then rusk and then ones before it in terms of stats and its arc rarity how is it dropping so much

I hope there is no hindering with the drop rates involved here.. devs should take this into mind rather than blame luck for it. 16K plat and 6000 keys to obtain nothing hardly satisfactory seems absurd.
