Improve clicking on NPC's and Auction House especially when players crowd over them

Is there a way to improve the clicking of NPC's and the Auction House? It's very frustrating trying to click on them especially when there are lots of people crowding in on them. Maybe we can add a mechanism so that players can't get too close to the NPC's and Auction House so that all players can click easily on them? Please, please solve this issue. Thanks.

Just get near them and you will see your attack button turn into a hand. Tap that.
