weapon disappeared

Hi i am an italian ppl so maybe i login in times when staff is not in game.. i bought a legendary weapon for 10k and when i equipped it,it disappeared. It didn't sell it, infact it wasn't in the buy back list. I ask to the staff to control the logs about my pg and then to restore it. My pg is calles Aillander.
