if this is not a bug it would be good to update the description to add “unless you leave map” in description
otherwise allow the buff to exist as it sounds - actually 5 min

What you saying lol? All the buffs and debuffs expire once you remap. This is normal and does not need any attention from devs.

Item was probably focused on spending time in Spirit Marshes rather than just instantly remapping Cursed Woods. Any buffs wear off when you remap.

This is not a bug nor is it incorrectly worded - you do lose most buffs (and almost all debuffs) when you remap.
