U fr need to learn more about events. This might be your first event in guessing? Maybe play an energy based event and see if you will even make it to t5 or t10. Saying that you are spending 1m gold for elixir is nothing. this event is easy all you need is time. There’s gonna be 30+ aura there’s no reason or anybody that will spend more than 1b gold on this aura

This price was probably decided based on the fact that even though there are 30+ auras in the game, not all of them will be sold. Just because there are 30+ auras doesn’t mean every single one will be on the market some players will keep them for collection purposes or simply because they like them.

Personally, I won’t be selling mine, and I know plenty of others who won’t either. So please, don’t underestimate the time and effort players put into obtaining this.

And for those saying this could be obtained with just 400m, you have no idea. Just on elixirs alone, people were spending around 120m+ per day. Some players didn’t even sleep during this LB.

Go ahead and tell Yitx (top 1 mage), who probably spent over 200k platinum on lockeds and countless hours grinding to maintain his top, to sell you the aura for 1.5b. Let’s see how that goes.

This aura design is really beautiful, although the event has no energy but the competition between players is very fierce, 20h+ every day must run continuously and the gold for lix is very much, running continuously for 10-12 days, so the high price of this aura is not surprising.. wish you all have fun playing the game and don't try to pay low, the runner lb will know the effort and value of it, if you like it, pay a worthy price, if you don't like it, you can skip it....

So much unrelated statements made just because of a disagreement on the price of this aura. Apparently, in this thread, having borrowed gears makes one's opinion somewhat less than that of others. So, to preface, my gears are all mine (pffffft). While it may be fun just watch while eating popcorn, I want to make a few points.

1. No, I am not buying nor selling this aura. I have nothing to gain on this matter.

2. While I do agree that theoretically all you need to spend in this event is time, it actually makes it harder to run in my opinion. I myself didn't even make an attempt because energy-free events are more competitive if you look back on all events. Why? Exactly because there is no limiting factor on how much you can run. You don't need to buy energy nor farm energy essence to craft, nor craft some special item to access portals.

3. Like I said, only spending time on this event only works theoretically. Realistically, that is not likely to happen. Conservatively, people can run at least eight hours a day, but we all know that they are actually running closer to 12-18 hours a day. How can you compete with that unless you spend on elixirs? Elixirs last for 10 mins per kit, and they run while in towns too. Even if you just use the elixirs for half your runs, say six hours total, that will mean you would be spending 36m per day and that's me being generous pricing the elixir at 1m per kit which is way below selling price. There was an estimate from someone else saying 400m-ish for elixirs, I guess that is close enough.

4. I appreciate the time and gold they put in to get into the top 10 leaderboards. If someone can pay 3b+ for it, then let them buy at that price. The runners deserve the payout. Personally, I wouldn't be paying as much as 3b for this aura. Partly because I don't think it's rare enough nor beautiful enough to warrant a 3b+ price tag. But that is also just me being a bit of a cheapskate and poor. Maybe if I was a mega multi-billionaire, I would pay that much, but who knows.

So much unrelated statements made just because of a disagreement on the price of this aura. Apparently, in this thread, having borrowed gears makes one's opinion somewhat less than that of others. So, to preface, my gears are all mine (pffffft). While it may be fun just watch while eating popcorn, I want to make a few points.

1. No, I am not buying nor selling this aura. I have nothing to gain on this matter.

2. While I do agree that theoretically all you need to spend in this event is time, it actually makes it harder to run in my opinion. I myself didn't even make an attempt because energy-free events are more competitive if you look back on all events. Why? Exactly because there is no limiting factor on how much you can run. You don't need to buy energy nor farm energy essence to craft, nor craft some special item to access portals.

3. Like I said, only spending time on this event only works theoretically. Realistically, that is not likely to happen. Conservatively, people can run at least eight hours a day, but we all know that they are actually running closer to 12-18 hours a day. How can you compete with that unless you spend on elixirs? Elixirs last for 10 mins per kit, and they run while in towns too. Even if you just use the elixirs for half your runs, say six hours total, that will mean you would be spending 36m per day and that's me being generous pricing the elixir at 1m per kit which is way below selling price. There was an estimate from someone else saying 400m-ish for elixirs, I guess that is close enough.

4. I appreciate the time and gold they put in to get into the top 10 leaderboards. If someone can pay 3b+ for it, then let them buy at that price. The runners deserve the payout. Personally, I wouldn't be paying as much as 3b for this aura. Partly because I don't think it's rare enough nor beautiful enough to warrant a 3b+ price tag. But that is also just me being a bit of a cheapskate and poor. Maybe if I was a mega multi-billionaire, I would pay that much, but who knows.

While I agree with your points. I believe the range was more so 15-22 hours of running time daily. This is based off the amount of points you can achieve in a hour and how much these runners got at the end of the day. Lix’s while some may be sold for 1m I think the general price range was around 1.2-1.5, even at times 1.7m+

I also believe players were using lix’s 24/7 or in at least 85% of their runs as it was crucial for the extra nitro. The 15% points did make a large difference. I’ve spoke to about 10-15 players or so to get an idea of how much they spent on Lix’s, this ranged from 1.2b-2b depending on their points.

As for aura price, it depends on their seller, at the end of the day it’s their item and they can ask for as much as they want whether they sell it for that price or not I’m not sure. In general lb runners across all events should not have their efforts discredited.
