Platinum issues?

Just curious... If we are using the same account that we use for any other game, why doesnt the platinum from those games transfer over to AL as well? If i bought 2000 platinum on PL, how is it fair to not be able to have any of that on AL?

Sometimes i wonder if its just a cheap attempt to get more money out of the customers, by having to pay for plat individually on each seperate game...

They wanted to make it across all games back when they released SL but APPLE TOS forbids transactions across apps so had to separate them to be able to put the game in the Apple store.
