Craftable locked vanity crate

Since vanitys have their own locked now, could vanity locked from various events be also craftable so people can have the chance to loot them after event is over? Just like locked gear used to be craftable during events.

We've been kind of moving away from crafted/looted/massive locked crates for simplicity, but I don't think we've decided for sure one way or another.

Those helped me alot when I was a starter, with the addition of craftable locked vanitys will be even more helpful for new players, it would be an encouragement to keep playing after hit plat tier, hope you consider.
