It happens when you level up(granting full health and mana) while youre dead
Idk if thats only way to happen but i know its one method

Did this happen in Alien Oasis or Humania. If its in Alien oasis, there are glitches involved. If its in Humania.....
It happens when you level up(granting full health and mana) while youre dead
this is the most possible theory
