And of COURSE, rushers too.

What does it do??

Effects:
Slows you down tremendously. I MEAN REALLY!

It adds 20% of your portion of your health too!(i think is 10% >.>)

Saw that purple sparkling thingy on my body?

THATS THE BUFF!!!
Hit the ELF and you get the BUFF!

Effects:

It heals you 20% of your health.

Defence bonus added to your character.(Same as the purple orb)
This does not stack with purple orb!

Also: on the CTF flag, I don't beleive it slows you down or gives you a buff, I would have to check with some avid pvper friends but as a CTF'er myself I have never experienced this.

It does slow you down for sure, its pretty obvious when you chase or are chased while carrying a flag.
I dont think it buffs your health tho, where does that info come from prouzi?

Lol, elf queen gives hp, mana and increase mama regen rate but not after hitting her, she do it in a certain range and after certain time.

Elf gives you hp, but the buffs she gave is defence bonus. Same as the orb.

While the flag it does give you bonus hp, try it urself :)!
