You can now stash the crafted versions of your Dragon Vanity helms and armor!
Green Dragon vanity itemset now has FX.
Underworld Dexterity damage itemset stat bonus now grants pure critical hit and damage stats.
Underworld elite trash mobs now have lower damage stats.
All Underworld trash mobs now deal less damage over time.

Here's an idea... how about you make the crafted vanities lvl 1 requirement and make the ring req 61/71 ...? Doesn't make sense that we can't wear the vanities on our twinks. We don't need the ring just the vanities!

To clarify, none of the dragon rings or valiant rings are stashable. All of the dragon vanity loot drop helms and armor and the crafted dragon vanity helms and armor are now stashable.

What about dex talon set hit %? It seems a little over the top i get two shot as a full dex using only gear i can afford atm(angelic talon set) and even the guy vsing me said its op and not fair lol

Nope, you need the pet, same as before where you needed the pet for the stat bonus and sparkles.
