+1 but don't think it's good to bring back even craftable or lootable vanities. I think recolors are the way to go or other vanities that are in the game already as gear or on npc/bosses

It would be good if they placed like. Vanity some of the old armor from lvl 36 down like the poseidon set

If at some point in the distant future we decide that there are enough interesting 'non vanity' armors, helmets, and weapons to convert into vanity and put into an event, we'll consider bringing the concept back. We will also try to give this hypothetical event a much better name. "Forgotten Vanity" makes it sound like we are bringing back old vanities (and that's never been the point).

With all due respect: having a large number of suggestions does not equate to a large number of good suggestions.

Forgotten Vanity Event number one was really the only good one. They've gone downhill ever since and I don't want to bring it back just for the sake of brining it back.

Oh no you're not gonna tell me that some of remaining old legendary sets/weapons are not worth to be released as vanities. Absolutely false, calling it blasphemy even.

How about just dropping some of the suggestions as store sale stuff in general then? Would that work?

If we stay on-topic the operative term is 'some' - which is not the same thing as 'enough' - and that distinction is what pushed Forgotten Vanity off the table.

Suggesting an entirely separate topic of vanity versions of specific stuff for general use, unrelated to 'Forgotten Vanity' is entirely valid. We've done it before and I would not object to doing it again for the right piece / pieces. Of course, this effort is not 'Forgotten Vanity,' and we shouldn't confuse one-offs with an entire 'gear-to-vanity' conversion event.

Don't bring back Forgotten, sure, but could we maybe get those sets as vanity items in the future? Like something we could buy with tokens during events, for example? i think that will do it

Why would old lock drop show up in store again? It got nothing to do with the idea of this thread anyway.

There are still plenty of unique npc sets/weapons i’m sure people would enjoy being able to wear; not to mention endless possibilities for heraldic recolors since the previous additions were positively received.

If we’re being honest it seems like sts is leaning away from less platinum costing events and more into the heavier side, pushing the necessities such as elixirs, energy, event lockeds, whereas the few events that don’t require these to earn rewards are “pushed off the table” due to the lower revenue generated. Forgotten event, Racing event, Fishing event, Gauntlet, House Party, all combined probably generated less revenue compared to a single seasonal event yet offered more enjoyment and social interactions than every seasonal main event combined.

I hope sts reorients their priorities and maybe follow more of a “happy customer = spending customer” motto.

If Ice spirit can get re-coloured version then why not Medusa. Also justice for tanks for not having green Yeti.

Also there are different colours of Pirate sets (Legendary sets) which can be converted into vanities.

Releasing old vanities is not the purpose of this event, it only brings gears that can be turned into vanities.

I'm all for forgotten vanity event coming back though. I want a watch rifle
