There's a Big Luck and a Bigger Luck. Are we getting a Biggest Luck in March '13?

Im pretty sure bigger luck is 25% chance and isn't thrasher a 30% luck?
I'm sure they worry that any higher single buy luck would cut into profits. Not what they want.
But hey...what do I know?
Btw I'm not saying this is a terrible idea, I'm simply stating it through STS's eyes.

Profits, yes. How many PL players are content with 2nd best? Most label them as noobs. Crafted vs. Non-crafted - stats are similar, cost is not. My point is, the elite 10% would run out and buy regardless of price or level of increased luck over Bigger Luck.
Now, I can haz Biggest Luck?
