Anyone else losing experience?

Every time I log in to kill baddies it seems I am losing experience points. I had by bar 1/4 of the way complete, I log out. When I log back in its back at 0. Anyone else experiencing this problem?

No. But I have noticed the bar isn't accurately representing my percentage of exp. I'm closing on lvl 16, just broke 11,000 but the XP bar is more than 3/4's full. I know it's an approximation, but it's noticeably off.
