I leveled up 2 or 3 days (23lvl) ago and I've been playing since then and until now my yellow exp bar is still empty like nothing happened. WTH is that all about. Someone please tell me what to do.

Hmm, maybe you aren't leveling in the correct zone anymore? Try leveling in Fathom Crypt or Lost Expedition. You should get experience in those locations.

If you are level 23, you can no longer gain XP in Balefort Castle, Dark Forest, or Forest Haven. You have to go to Fathom, Lost Expedition, or a higher level campaign. If you are already trying one of those campaigns, and not gaining XP, then you probably have XP gain disabled in your settings.
