Avenge the fallen agents of the watch?

After clearing my quest log there is a hint stating that i have to 'avenge the fallen agents of the watch'.

How do i go about doing this?

I'm guessing this is a sneak peek of the next expansion.

Based on the last clip after defeating Bael and doing the quests in Kraag, it would seem to me that the evil artifact that is in the second half of Kraag is causing the dead to rise because the skeletons in the hauntlet are the ones that rose near the artifact.
