There are about four rogues who respawn in the doorway, and a fiera witch. It's not supposed to be a respawning map. If your level 14 to 19 character respawns there when everyone is halfway through the dungeon, you have to take on these four or five npcs solo. It's doable for most players, I'm sure, but it's not what you intended, so... Bug report. :)
