Ok you guy put point in many thing but how do you use them as I can only use 4 skills?

Right, you can have active only four skills at a time. Each skill has four upgrades. Thus, you have 20 available places to put points with four skills. Bit you only get 15 points to spend at level 16 (the max level) so don't worry--you won't run out of room.
