Can't figure out how to play pvp

I know this is a dumb question, but I can't find an answer on the internet. Where is the npc that I talk to to play pvp? I've looked everywhere and talked to everywhere npc I could find. playing on phone if that matters. THX

The game just dropped in the last four or five weeks, so they're still working out some launch issues. But PvP has been pretty heavily requested, it's in all of their other games, and the Devs have said it's in the works. So I'd keep my eyes open for it in the weeks to come.
