add joystick movement to pc/web

would be nice to have mouse drag joystick and move 360 degrees hopefully option to enable/disable for those who don't like it there

-1 As someone who plays the game on a computer, I think this is completely unnecessary and will just take up screen space. If you want to play with a joystick, you can use your phone or tablet instead.

You can remap your joystick control in chrome browser and play with joystick + mouse
