Ekai in Fort Blackstone (quest)

Hi all,

I just cant find a topic about this dude so I am think that I just missed him.. I am doing the quests and I dunno where to go...
Atm I am questing in Fort Blackstone, but cant find any new ones.
My Quest hint sais: Talk to Ekai in Fortblackstone.
I just cant find that dude! I did every lvl at least twice now to see if I missed him.. but I just dont find him! Can anyone help me out on his location?

Any ideas, hints, tips would be great :D

Fort Blackstone is the town. When you spawn in the town, you'll be facing the castle where the two guards and the prisoner is. Go the other way(behind you). The NPC should be back there.
