I think Sam only said that the elite 76 map is coming this month for PL. That doesn't mean it's out of the realm of possibility for the other stuff to happen as well, of course, but I'd be surprised.

I agree and am surprised that they are planning to release the new AL update and the massive PL update around the same time.
