I was just wondering so I know what to buy
1. How much does it cost to get ALL levels,dungeons,and campaigns?

For PvE:
Forest Haven and Dark Forest are free (DF when you verify your account)
You can get a bundle including Balefort Castle, Fathom Crypt, Lost Expedition and The Ancient Swamps for 20 plat
The Return of Skeller Krunch and Frozen Nightmare will cost you 8 plat each
Alien Oasis I and Alien Oasis II will cost you 10 plat each
So you can get all the PvE maps for 56 plat
Depending on the amount of platinum you buy, it costs between 6.25 cents and 20 cents per plat (US store).
That means that all the PvE maps will cost you between $3.50 and $11.20 if my calculations are correct, depending on how much plat you buy at once.
For the non-campaign PvP maps you will have to spend an additional 8 plat.

So, basically, if you get the 75 plat for $10 US, you can buy all maps and have some left over to make a few extra characters.

But if you are wondering how much money you will spend... hehehehe... fact is, after a while you will want to get 75 more plat for stash slots and more characters, and maybe a cowboy hat (or maybe not!) :)

I have bought every single kind of plat back (not the 800 goodness me) and I have found that I always need more, so it never hurts to bundle!
