Selling a 480 gold item for 3 days in cs makes no profit. You will be losing gold instead of earning.

Try to sell it for a shorter duration instead? Personally, I simply liquidate purples. They're so common that they are easily farmable..

Some items are not worth enough to make them worth selling. If the item is only worth 480 gold maybe you would be better off pricing it low like around 300 gold and then only list for 12 hours which will cost around 110 gold. Then it will sell fast because of the low price and you can make some money.
