dont received platinum coins bug

280platinum in arcanelegends. But until now I dont receive anything.

I found that it actually gives the platinum more often if when it asks for your email, use the same email as the one you signed up for on AL.

I use one email to get the offers,using 2 won`t get you your platinum :)

Answer: Wait 6 hours, and you'll have them. Trust me. Trialpay sent me an E-Mail saying they have too many people doing offers, so when it says ''confirms instantly'' it's actually a 5+ hours wait, so no worries!
