Hey guys, I need some help from a handful of warriors. If you can tell me your armor and hp exactly (example 400.26 armor, 1835 HP). After this go to Elite Village map (try to be the one tanking) and keep track of a few hits the first boss does to you, including 2+ critical hits he does and just a few regular hits. I have someone that's good with calculations and formulas doing all the mathematical work. Thank you for everyone who helps!

I am curious what your intentions are with this formula. I'm an analyst by heart with a degree in Chemistry, and I do love a good formula! What I don't see is how this particular data is helpful when you're disregarding so many important factors, several of which have been pointed out, that really impact the amount of damage Jarl might have to his attacks.

If you're looking for consistent data to calculate the effectiveness of armor, I would start with one variable and keep the rest constant. Maybe have people run a solo up to the first (specific) mob in a few zones, then report damage only while not using any attacks. You would want to know the player's levels and stats as well - those will probably affect the damage taken.
